Installing the Configuration Service
The New World Configuration Service project will generate the database and web service used by New World ERP to isolate environments from the New World ERP data.

This project needs to be installed for every ERP environment.

- Login to Tyler Deploy with your Tyler Community credentials.

On the Tyler Deploy homepage, hover over New World Configuration Service and click the gear icon to the left.

Pick the environment you are configuring (Prod, Test, Train, Impl, etc) and expand the New World Configuration Service banner.

It is recommended that one New World Configuration database be configured for all of your environments (environments will be tenanted so one Configuration DB can serve multiple ERP environments) but 1 to 1 configuration database to ERP database configurations are also supported. In the example below, if we had 3 environments for ERP that shared the same database server, all three environments can use the same Configuration Service instance as below. Save your values when complete.

Click the DEPLOY button to navigate right to the deployment page for this project. Navigating this way instead of through the hamburger menu will persist your environment type and save you several clicks. Choose your Release and click the Start button. You will receive a dialog to confirm that you want to deploy this product to this environment. Once confirmed the product will attempt to deploy.

Once the deployment is complete, the administrator will see a success or failure message in Tyler Deploy. Failures are accompanied by a log file.
